Our Farmhouse comfortably accommodates up to 12 adults (plus 1/2 cots).

Bedroom 1: 1 double + single divan;
Bedroom 2: 1 double
Bedroom 3: 2 single

Bedroom 4: Large room with 1 double; 1 single; 1 bunk
beds (adult size) + 1 cotbed (baby or small toddler).
2nd large Sitting Room with dining table (seats 12).
2nd Toilet/Bath/Washbasin.
(Possible second cot available)
'OPTION B' ACCOMMODATION (2 -7)
As Option A but not including the last 3 rooms listed.
Note:
The 4th bedroom, 2nd Sitting Room and 2nd Toilet/bath
may be added individually to Option B:
2nd Sitting Room OR 4th Bedroom = 13% of 'A' for that week.
2nd Toilet/bathroom (not available on its own, due toaccess) = 4%.
